Pilot access
Vincent Studio is currently offered through selected pilot access. Signing up does not guarantee immediate access, but it allows us to contact you about relevant invitations and availability.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for using Vincent Studio in a lawful and respectful way.
Payments
Mollie
Paid plans or one-off payments may be processed through Mollie or another payment provider. Payment terms, prices and available plans will be shown before a paid purchase is confirmed.
Subscriptions
If subscriptions are introduced, renewal, cancellation and invoice details will be made clear before activation.
Creative content
Ownership
Your creative material remains yours. Vincent Studio is a tool for capturing, organizing and retrieving your work, not a transfer of ownership.
Responsible use
You remain responsible for the material you upload and for making sure you have the rights to store or use it.
Changes
Versioned terms
When these terms change, Vincent Studio publishes a new web version and a matching downloadable PDF version.
CMS management
The terms are structured by topic and subheading so they can later be managed from the CMS.
